  1. It would be awesome for a DVD to be created for the “MBX-12” similar to the “Power Breathing” DVD. The DVD could do a quick explanation of each of the 12 MBX’s and what to focus on for each. Then the above video could be added to the DVD or there could be a couple different version along with above video to show the moves in different combinations with each video.
